So far so good. The place is nice & clean. The pool looks relaxing & the gym has enough equipment to get the job done. The apartment looks amazing. I would definitely renew my lease if I end up staying go a little while longer.

Brittany has been super kind and understanding with me from the very first day she gave me the tour until the day I moved into my apartment. She is very friendly and does her job really well. Maintenance also responds instantly—when I had a work order, it took less than 15 minutes for maintenance to show up and start fixing the issue. I’m new to the community, just in my first week, and everyone has been very kind. I hope it continues this way for the rest of my stay.

I cannot say enough about our experience with becoming new, extremely happy residents! Mandy, Sierra and Brittany are amazing! They definitely made our journey, transition and new chapter happen effortlessly. Truly amazing young ladies! This is a beautiful community and I’ll take quality over quantity any day! I’ve been living in this apartment for a while now, and overall, it’s been a solid experience. The location is convenient, the unit itself has potential, and there are definitely things I’ve appreciated—but also a few things that could be better. What I liked: • The layout is spacious and easy to decorate • Water pressure is great and the hot water lasts • My neighbors have mostly been quiet and respectful • I love the natural light during the day—it makes the space feel alive
